Deciding the correct colour temperature enhances focus and mood. A range between 3500K and 5000K provides a bright, natural tone that promotes alertness and productivity. Warmer tones are suitable for lounges and reception areas, while cooler tones are better for meeting and task zones.

3. Colour Rendering Index (CRI)

The Colour Rendering Index (CRI) measures how accurately a light source reveals colours compared to natural light. For office environments, a CRI ≥ 80 is recommended to ensure accurate perception of documents, skin tones, and materials.

The higher the CRI level, the clearer the visual clarity and aesthetics — essential in design studios, meeting rooms, and customer-facing spaces.
